With all the prophetic misinformation out there, Joshua and Caleb Colson decide to take a road trip. Guided by the Holy Scriptures, the Bearded Bible Brothers aim to create a chronological roadmap through Israel, detailing key destinations and events leading to the end of time. Dear Colton Brothers,
In my humblest opinion, you are all doing a great commission of the Lord to put the truth out there in the world as it is regarding the end times and the key players that will be at the fore front of the battle ground. We know from the scriptures you thus provided and in alignment with other sources of information I have read that the battles of Armageddon in Ezekiel , Revelation and associated holy scriptures will certainly happen before the battle of Gog and Magog. Christ shall have ruled the world in the Millennial reign with the saints, the devil is released probably for 100 years before Magog war that will set up the stage for the Great White throne judgement in Revelation. My question is: Where will Christ be after the Millennial reign? On earth that will soon be under attack or back in heaven to come back for the judgement to the unbelievers and hardened people? Thank you, Deeply concerned
Shalom Jack,
Revelation 20 gives a few, but sparse details about the conclusion of the Millennial Reign and the Great White Throne of Judgment. After 1,000 years of Messiah’s reign, Satan is released from his prison, and gathers the armies of the world for the “Final Battle” as we like to call it. This is not the battle of Gog and Magog described in Ezekiel 38 & 39. The conclusion of this non-battle against Yeshua’s reign results in the destruction of the entire world by fire. Then, Yeshua judges the wicked, aka goats, that were already cast into outer darkness, and their punishment is the 2nd death, the Lake of Fire.
The New Heaven and New Earth in chapter 21 is described simplistically. The New Jerusalem, the city that Yeshua prepared as a place for us, finally completes the descent and connects to the New Earth. God the Father is finally able to dwell with mankind, because creation is now perfect, without sin. Only those who were glorified shall live. Within the city of the New Jerusalem, the Father and the Lamb (Yeshua) reside, and meet with mankind. They don’t rule from a Temple, They merely dwell in perfect habitation. No sun is needed, because Their bodies provide light. Then all the kings and rulers on the earth will come to give glory to God. What a future we have to look forward to!!
Blessings,
Joshua and Caleb
